Advocacy for Children

Headed by Peterson, Bradford, Burkwitz, Gregorio, Burkwitz & Su partner Thomas R. Bradford, the firm’s Pro Bono Child Advocacy program provides gratis or reduced-fee legal services on a selective basis for individuals and families of limited means, who are involved in issues related to child dependency, foster care, adoption, and biological parents.  Pro bono legal services such as those offered through Peterson, Bradford, Burkwitz, Gregorio, Burkwitz & Su are provided for those in need, who live in surrounding counties outside of Los Angeles County.

As a former foster parent, Mr. Bradford has first-hand knowledge of the needs of these kinds of vulnerable children and their natural or foster parents caught in the legal or government agency entanglements that can and do arise.  Child advocacy is an important part of Peterson, Bradford, Burkwitz, Gregorio, Burkwitz & Su’s practice.
