Bryan Su joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz Gregorio Burkwitz & Su in 2015 and made partner in 2020. His practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on professional negligence and employment law on behalf of public entities and private clients. He is involved throughout all aspects of case management, including written discovery, deposition, legal research and motions, trial preparation, and trial.
Mr. Su received a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular & Cell Biology, with a concentration in genetics, development, and genomics, and a second degree in Legal Studies, from the University of California, Berkeley. While at the University of California, he worked as a researcher in a developmental genetics laboratory. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, with an emphasis in technology and corporate transactions.
Mr. Su brings a diverse legal experience to Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz. During his undergraduate education, he interned for the Juvenile Division of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he witnessed first-hand the intersection of trial practice and litigation practice. He was also active in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, where he joined students from the Boalt Hall School of Law in teaching courses on constitutional law and juvenile justice in public high schools in inner-city Oakland. While in law school, Mr. Su worked in the corporate transactional and legal department of a Silicon Valley technology company.
