Jake Hertzberg joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz Gregorio Burkwitz & Su in 2026.

Mr. Hertzberg is a California-licensed attorney focused on personal injury litigation. He manages cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, mediation, and settlement negotiations, and has successfully secured significant recoveries for clients. Mr. Hertzberg earned his J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law on a full-tuition merit scholarship, where he served as a Staff Editor for the Chapman Law Review. He also holds a B.A. in Cinema and Media Studies, cum laude, from the University of Southern California. Prior to practicing law, Jake gained experience in personal injury, insurance, intellectual property, entertainment, and civil litigation through clerkships at several Southern California law firms.

Mr. Hertzberg was admitted to the California State Bar in 2025, and practices before all courts in the State of California.
