Ms. Raphelt joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz in 2021. Prior to law school, Ms. Raphelt spent over a decade in education with the Texas public school systems. Her desire to help others and a love of new challenges led her to return to school to become a lawyer. She was awarded a scholarship to attend Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. While in law school, Ms. Raphelt took advantage of opportunities to diversify her legal knowledge through externships at the district attorney’s office, a boutique immigration law firm, and the state’s low-income taxpayer clinic.
Upon successful completion of law school, Ms. Raphelt was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2020 and may practice before all courts in the state of California.
