Alicia Wensley joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz Gregorio Burkwitz & Su in 2025.
Ms. Wensley is a California attorney focused on intellectual property, technology, and business law. She earned her J.D. with honors from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she also completed the High Tech Law Certificate program. Throughout law school, Alicia distinguished herself academically, earning multiple CALI Excellence for the Future and Witkin Awards, as well as the High Tech Excellence Award.
Ms. Wensley gained hands-on legal experience through Santa Clara University’s Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, where she advised business clients on trademark matters, employment policies, and commercial agreements. She also served as a Legal Research Assistant, contributing to updates of legal practice materials through extensive case law and statutory research. Combining strong analytical skills with a client-centered approach, she is passionate about helping businesses and innovators navigate complex legal challenges. Ms. Wensley was admitted to the California State Bar in 2025, and practices before all courts in the State of California.
