    Irina Nikolaenko, joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz Gregorio Burkwitz & Su in 2025.

    Ms. Nikolaenko, is a California attorney with experience representing public entities and private clients in state and federal litigation. Her practice includes legal research, motion drafting, discovery management, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. Prior to becoming an attorney, she built a strong legal foundation through roles as a law clerk, legal secretary, and paralegal, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process from inception through trial.

    Ms. Nikolaenko earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, where she received multiple Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence. She also holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Paralegal Certificate with Distinction from UCLA Extension. Fluent in Russian, Irina combines meticulous legal analysis with a client-focused approach to achieve effective results. Ms. Nikolaenko was admitted to the California State Bar in 2025, and practices before all courts in the State of California.
